This Day in History

Did you know that November 18, 1928 is widely considered to be the "birthday" of Mickey Mouse? That day, he debuted in a short film entitled Steamboat Willie -- thought to be the film that jump-started Walt Disney's career. Mickey Mouse and the Disney empire now stretch across the entire world, with their beloved animated characters featured in movies, books, games, video games, theme parks and many other products.

NCC students in the Hospitality program have the option of participating in two courses involving Walt Disney World: the Disney College Program (HOSP 223) and Disney Advanced Internship (HOSP 224). For course descriptions, click here.
